How referrals work
A transparent, consent-based referral process
Every step is designed to protect the client relationship, respect the referring professional, and keep expectations clear.

Introductory conversation
We get to know you, your market, and the type of clients you serve.
- 2
Agree the scope and written terms
The collaboration scope and any referral terms are agreed in writing between the participating brokerages.
- 3
Client introduction, with consent
You introduce your client once they have agreed to their information being shared.
- 4
Clarify representation & requirements
We confirm representation and understand the client's goals, budget, timing, and preferences.
- 5
Tailored search & tours
We conduct a tailored property search and coordinate in-person visits or remote tours.
- 6
Updates at agreed milestones
You receive updates at the milestones we have agreed on.
- 7
Closing & agreed follow-up
We coordinate the closing and any follow-up support within the agreed scope.
Referral eligibility, compensation, and payment conditions are subject to brokerage approval, written agreement, and applicable requirements. Compensation is negotiable.
Submitting a form on this website does not enroll you in any program or create a binding agreement.

Referral FAQ
How do I introduce a client?
Start with a short introductory conversation, or use the client introduction form on our contact page. Please introduce a client only after they have agreed to their information being shared with us.
What information is needed at first?
General information is enough to begin: the client's goals (buying, selling, investing, or relocating), approximate budget, timing, preferred areas, and how they prefer to communicate. Please do not send passports, financial documents, bank details, or other sensitive identity information through the website.
How are collaboration and referral terms agreed?
The scope of the collaboration and any referral terms are agreed in writing between the participating brokerages before we begin. Referral eligibility, compensation, and payment conditions are subject to brokerage approval, written agreement, and applicable requirements. Compensation is negotiable.
How do you keep the referring agent informed?
We agree on the milestones at which you will receive updates and the channel you prefer, and we keep you informed at those points through closing.
Can you support remote and international clients?
Yes. We coordinate remote tours and communication for clients who cannot be in South Florida, and arrange in-person visits when they travel.
Which areas do you cover?
Our local area of expertise spans Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Which languages do you work in?
We work with partners and clients in English and Russian.
What happens after closing?
We coordinate the closing and any follow-up support within the scope agreed at the start of the collaboration.
What is the difference between professional collaboration and a compensated referral?
Professional collaboration, such as sharing market context or co-hosting an education session, does not require a referral agreement. A compensated brokerage referral involves referral compensation between licensed brokerages, so it requires brokerage approval and a written agreement before any client is introduced.
Let's start with a conversation
A short introductory call is the best way to understand your clients, your market, and whether a partnership makes sense.
