Information you give us

We only collect personal information that you choose to submit through our two forms.

• Partnership inquiry: your name, professional role, company, country and city, email, and optionally phone, website, preferred call times, and your message.
• Client introduction: your name, company, and email; your client's goals, target area, budget range, currency, timeline, preferred language, and whether they have agreed to be contacted; and optionally your client's name, contact details, and notes.
• Your choices: confirmation that you agree to be contacted, whether you requested an introductory call, and whether you opted in to occasional insights emails.

Information about your client

If you introduce a client, please share their details only after they have agreed. The form asks you to confirm their permission status. We do not ask for sensitive documents such as passports, financial statements, or identification numbers — please do not send them through the site.

Information collected automatically

• With each form submission we store the language of the page, the page address, and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source or utm_campaign), so we know how you found us.
• To filter spam, we check a hidden field and how quickly the form was completed. This check is not stored as a profile of you.
• If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records page visits and successful form submissions. Form events contain only the form type, not names, emails, phone numbers, messages, or client details. Analytics is not loaded if you decline. Advertising features are disabled. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser; clear this site's browser storage to choose again. Confirm Google Analytics retention settings and applicable consent requirements with your adviser.
• Our web host and infrastructure providers may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible professional collaboration or client introduction.
• To arrange an introductory call if you request one.
• To send occasional South Florida insights, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time. No newsletter service is connected yet — confirm the provider before sending.
• To keep the site secure and free of spam.

Who we share it with

• The two advisors named above, who review every submission.
• Service providers that host the website and store form submissions on our behalf, under their own security and confidentiality obligations.
• If you book a call through an embedded calendar (Calendly or Cal.com, when enabled), that provider processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
• Compass Florida, LLC, where required for brokerage supervision, compliance, or a referral agreement. Confirm with brokerage.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Third-party services on this site

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, and other sites are governed by those sites' own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of professional relationships, and then delete them. Confirm a retention period, e.g. 24 months after last contact, and any brokerage record-keeping requirement.

Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing either advisor below. Depending on where you live — for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or certain U.S. states — you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. Confirm which laws apply with the brokerage or a legal adviser.

International visitors

We are based in Florida, United States. If you submit information from another country, it will be transferred to and stored in the United States confirm hosting region.

Children

This website is intended for adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
